The Role
Join us as an Alliances Business Development Lead and become an integral part of Kyndryl’s growth story. In this role you will be at the forefront of driving growth, revenue, and customer adoption through innovative partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
You will lead a team dedicated to expanding Kyndryl’s services signings and revenue, working closely with our esteemed Alliance Partners to co‑create offerings that revolutionize the industry. Your strategic acumen, business expertise, technical prowess and sales finesse will be the driving force behind our success. You will propel the adoption of Kyndryl's services across all market segments and countries, unlocking new opportunities and driving exponential growth.
Collaborating with Customer Partners, you will create, build, and manage relationships with our valued alliance partners at various levels of their organizations. Through these partnerships you will help define, sell, and deliver large‑scale transformation and modernization programs tailored to our enterprise customers, solving their most pressing business challenges.
As the lead, you will develop, execute, and manage key business development activities, projects and programs, ensuring the partnerships flourish and yield exceptional results. You will craft compelling content, establish unique go‑to‑market programs, and provide comprehensive enablement support—business and technical—to drive exponential growth for our partnerships.
Leveraging your understanding of alliance partner programs, you will secure maximum benefits for Kyndryl’s deals and for our customers, serving as a liaison between our Practices, one or more Alliance Partners, and Account teams to foster win‑win‑win outcomes.
To excel, you will continually build and maintain a profound knowledge of our alliance partners and their industries, forging strong relationships that propel our collective growth. You will deepen your understanding of Kyndryl’s offerings, enabling you to deliver unparalleled value when solving our customers’ most complex problems. With a global mindset you will expand your network locally and globally, building new relationships that expand the horizons of our strategic alliances.

Required Skills And Experience
* 8+ years of experience in sales and business development
* Ability to establish a network of contacts within industries, discuss multi‑alliance collaboration, cloud technologies, and trends
* Outstanding client management and relationship skills, and ability to impact and influence stakeholders
Preferred Skills And Experience
* Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
* Sales experience in technical solutions
