Adecco is seeking an engaged HR Generalist to strengthen our HR team.
Responsibilities
* Manage the entire Employee Life Cycle
* Provide advice and support to employees and managers on HR-related topics
* Handle HR administrative tasks (drafting employment contracts, certificates, etc.)
* Prepare and process payroll in collaboration with the Payroll team
* Contribute to the development of HR processes and systems
* Assist in recruitment and manage application processes
* Organize and conduct employee training and development initiatives
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives to promote company culture
Profile
* Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in HR (e.g., HR Specialist)
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
* Solid knowledge of labor law and payroll accounting
* Proficient in MS Office and experience with HR software is a plus
* Structured, solution-oriented, and independent work style
* Strong communication skills, high social competence, and service orientation
* Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are advantageous
