PpbSAP R2R (Record to Report) Architect/Stream Leader /b /p pWe are searching for an experienced SAP R2R (Record to Report) Architect/Stream Leader at our MSC Geneva facility. /p h3Primary Duties and Responsibilities /h3 pFor the SAP Department’s Centre of Excellence (CoE) team located at the MSC headquarter here in Geneva, Switzerland, we are looking for a permanent position of a SAP R2R (Record to Report) Architect, who will be responsible for the analysis, design, configuration support of the SAP FICO solution to meet the business requirements for the MSC Cruises division. /p pThis role requires analytical skills, business knowledge and SAP solution expertise in the Finance Controlling modules and integration with other SAP modules, to effectively deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance the SAP functionality to achieve the expected business results. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign the end-to-end Record-to-Report (SAP FI/CO) processes and system integrations in collaboration with the Finance Business Process Owner. /li liCollaborate with the business stakeholders (Accounting, Controlling and Tax department) in order to understand the business needs and translate to system solutions. /li liEnsure that new solutions are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with the existing application landscape. /li liBe accountable for the overall consistency, reliability, and integrity of the solution across related streams (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Treasury) as well as legacy systems. /li liCoordinate Business Analysts based in Naples across all project deliverables, including: ul liBusiness Requirements gathering and blueprinting /li liSolution design and Proof of Concept activities /li liSystem configuration /li liFunctional specifications for developments and enhancements /li liIncident management /li liTesting activities (unit, integration, scenario, non-regression, and coordination of User Acceptance Testing) /li liTraining and documentation /li /ul /li liAssess, challenge, prioritize, or reject requests for new solutions in alignment with business stakeholders and other solution architects. /li liDesign and maintain SAP solutions according to standard SAP best practices and Global Template principles whenever possible. /li liDefine delivery timelines with development teams and manage/approve production releases through the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB). /li liCollaborate with Project Managers to define and monitor project timelines and resource allocation (e.g., Business Analysts). /li liDevelop and maintain the application and system roadmap. /li liSupport functional teams in AMS (Application Management Services) and operational support activities: ul liSupport Business Analysts in managing Service Requests and Incidents. /li liApprove and coordinate production releases. /li liDocument changes, testing activities, and system configurations related to incidents and service requests. /li liTroubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and resolve issues, assessing the impact of changes on regression, integration, cutover, and data migration activities. /li liEnsure compliance with established procedures for incident and service request management. /li liPerform daily monitoring of business processes and system operations. /li /ul /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 10 years’ experience in SAP projects, implementation/rollouts, and support. S/4HANA implementation is a must have. /li liFunctional experience in the design, configuration, and testing of FICO, specifically in sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, master data, and all related daily and periodic processes and reporting. /li liStrong motivation for Business Process Improvement with SAP Solution Manager, including Business Process Analytics, Business Process Monitoring, Dashboard Reports, etc. /li liKnowledge and experience in the following areas would be considered an added advantage: BRIM, MM, roles authorizations, interfaces (AIF), workflow. /li liEducational qualification: University Degree (preferably in Finance/Accounting). /li liStrong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and work under strict deadlines. /li liTeam player with excellent interpersonal skills to work in a multi-cultural and multi-location environment. /li liAnalytically minded with methodical problem-solving capabilities. /li liAbility to efficiently prioritize work, promptly deliver solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels. /li liExperience in cruise / shipping / hospitality industry is a plus. /li liStrong written and communication skills in English. /li /ul pOur company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
