Responsibilities
* Perform all operational and administrative tasks in the F&B area, including all events (from inquiry to execution), and support our buyer.
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or hospitality, with professional experience in 4*/5* hotels.
* Ensure guest-oriented service and smooth operations in all F&B outlets.
* A responsible, proactive, and committed personality.
* Adherence to LHW, FHR, Forbes standards, and the 'Mistral' guidelines (ISO DIN 9001).
* Fluent in German and English, Italian or additional languages are an advantage.
* Represent the F&B Manager in their absence.
* High quality awareness, polite manners, well-groomed appearance, and service-mindedness.
