Your main tasks
Ensure adequate Time Management & Control, by ensuring robust planning of resources, skill and supporting staff to allow optimum delivery,
Ensure proper implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS),
Coordinate with Projects Coordinator for the planning and distribution of non-line maintenance tasks
Participate in audits, investigations and additional administrative and coordination tasks
Your Profile
3+ years of experience in Part-145 Line Maintenance or comparable aviation environment
Experience in shift planning, capacity planning, and time management
Strong coordination and communication skills
Structured, solution‑oriented mindset
Good command of verbal and written English (B2–C1)
