Responsibilities
Production of all dishes according to the menu and daily offers; preparation / Mise en place.
Organisation of the kitchen and workplace (cleanliness, structure, workflow).
Goods control and storage (FEFO/FIFO), temperature control, labelling.
Hygiene management (HACCP): maintaining relevant lists (temperature, cleaning, goods receipt, allergens).
Interface with service/allrounder: timely service, clear communication.
Responsibilities and Competences
Product quality (taste, consistency, presentation) and on-time service.
Goods accounting: minimizing losses, correct storage, adherence to temperature chain.
Competence: assignment to designated station; participate in process and quality improvements.
Compliance with legal regulations (LMG/HyV) and company policies including allergen declarations.
Work Location and Conditions
Location: 7270 Davos Platz (GR); Bergrestaurant Sun Peak on Jakobshorn.
Work load: 100%.
Employment start: By agreement; Employment end: 12.04.2026.
Work form: Night work, Sunday and holiday work, Shift work.
Qualifications
Skill level: skilled.
Work experience: more than 1 year.
Education: Vocational education and training with the Swiss Federal VET Diploma or equivalent.
Languages
German – Oral: Good knowledge; Written: Good knowledge.
English – Oral: Good knowledge; Written: Good knowledge.
