We are looking for a Pricing & Comm Ops Support (m/f/d) in Basel A temporary 6‑month position supporting pricing and commercial operations, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT, and reporting to the Commercial Process Manager. Main activities include: - Preparing, updating, and distributing price lists (annual and ad hoc changes) - Ensuring accuracy and consistency of pricing data across Excel files and internal systems - Supporting price uploads and maintenance in SAP and related tools - Assisting with tracking and follow-up of commercial contracts - Coordinating with internal stakeholders to align pricing information - Handling pricing-related queries and supporting operational reporting The role typically requires: - A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or a similar field - Experience in back-office, administrative, or commercial operations environments - Exposure to pricing or contract-related topics as an advantage Key skills and qualifications: - Strong Excel skills (mandatory, ideally including VBA/macros) - Solid SAP knowledge (mandatory) - Fluent English and at least one Western European language Personal profile: - Detail-oriented and well-structured working style - Good communication and coordination abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Dissatisfied, underchallenged, or ready to discover something new?
