Job Description Scripting & Process Automation
Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts to automate tasks across Share Point Online, Exchange Online, Business Central, and One Drive.
Automate Share Point site creation using custom templates.
Design and automate workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
Leverage AI-powered tools for automation, content generation, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
Integrate AI systems (autonomous AI agents, workflow orchestration) into business processes, ensuring secure and compliant operation.
Stay current with advancements in generative and Agentic AI and recommend best-fit solutions for business needs. Infrastructure Management
Administrating and supporting Microsoft Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security.
Implementing and maintaining hybrid cloud solutions, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
Managing, monitoring, and optimizing Windows Server environments (installation, configuration, patching, security) is a plus. Reporting & Analytics Create and design Power BI reports for analytics from various sources (SQL, Share Point, Excel, Business Central, One Drive, Exchange Online). Technical Support & Documentation
Provide technical support and guidance to team members on AI tools, Power Shell, Share Point, Power BI, Power Automate, and infrastructure topics.
Document solutions, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, HES, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Microsoft cloud services.
Proficiency in deploying and managing generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure Open AI, Chat GPT, or similar).
Understanding Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, multi-step workflows, orchestration, prompt engineering).
Experience with scripting (Power Shell, Python) and automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
High standards of discretion and professionalism.
