What You'll Do


* Manage and grow strategic key accounts in the HVAC sector as the main point of contact.
* Build long-term, trust-based relationships by deeply understanding customer needs and challenges.
* Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts through tailored, value-based solutions.
* Coordinate internal teams across functions to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
* Lead contract negotiations and close deals that are both commercially strong and customer-focused.
* Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide accurate forecasts and insights.
* Represent Belimo professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Who You Are

* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in HVAC, building automation, or related technical fields.
* Strong understanding of complex solutions with the ability to simplify and communicate clearly.
* Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution and a focus on long-term customer success.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Collaborative team player, experienced in working with international and cross-functional teams.
* Fluent in English - spoken and written; German skills are an advantage.
* Willingness to travel as needed to maintain close customer relationships.
