Sales Manager 100%

In the Industrial X-Ray Modules (IXM) division, we provide safer, more economical, and breakthrough solutions for non-destructive testing and security applications through the pioneering development of intelligent industrial X-ray technologies.
What You Will Do
Drive the sales of COMET’s Industrial X-Ray portfolio across key market segments; semiconductors, batteries, electronics, automotive- and aviation industry
Manage and grow existing customer relationships while strategically acquiring new clients and contacts
Increase incoming orders and sales through regular client visits, trade show attendance, and active networking
Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals with customers and partners
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in complex organizations, while ensuring accurate sales forecasts and supporting strategic sales planning
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in sales or business development within a technical industry, preferably X-ray or NDT
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is a plus
Ability to combine technical and commercial aspects of the Sales and Business Development process to build customer value proposition
Fluent in English and German, combined with excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus
Driven by impact and results, highly motivated, and adaptable, with a willingness to travel up to 60–80 days per year
