OverviewJoin to apply for the Quality Lead Bio MSAT role at UCB.We are looking for a Bio Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) Quality Lead who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and strategically minded to join us in our Quality Internal Manufacturing and Operations team, based in our UCB office in Bulle, Switzerland.What You’ll DoLead QA oversight for Bio MSAT activities across internal and external manufacturingProvide expert support for troubleshooting, investigations, and CAPA implementationEnable process validation, technical transfers, and lifecycle management strategiesAdvise on analytical validation, comparability, and specification reassessmentDevelop governance models for MSAT Quality oversight and performance monitoringPromote best practices and mentor team members within the Global Quality organizationWho You’ll Work WithYou’ll collaborate closely with Bio MSAT teams, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, IT, and Global QA groups including CMC Quality and External & Clinical Supply Quality.
