Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned into AI from a strong tech background and is now contributing to the development and deployment of systems leveraging LLMs, NLP, and agentic frameworks.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Agentic frameworks.
* Develop, fine-tune, and integrate models using Python-based AI/ML libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
* Build and deploy Code Assist tools and intelligent copilots for software development or business process automation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts, and product managers to align AI solutions with business goals.
* Evaluate and implement agent-based systems for workflow orchestration and automation.
* Ensure scalable, secure, and ethical deployment of AI solutions in production environments.
* Stay updated with the latest trends in generative AI, open-source models, and responsible AI practices.
Required
* Total Experience 9–12 years
* Languages: Python (proficient), knowledge of Java/JS optional but desirable
* AI/ML: Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Cohere, etc.), Transformers, NLP pipelines
* Tools: Code Assist platforms, Git, Jupyter, APIs for AI integration
* Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for AI workloads
* Deployment: Familiarity with containers (Docker), REST APIs, and model monitoring
