We are looking for an experienced Public Relations & Communications Manager to lead the global communications strategy for a pioneering tokenized equities platform. This role will shape the public narrative, build credibility, and drive awareness among media, ecosystem partners, and industry stakeholders. You will partner with product, marketing, and growth teams to deliver compelling messaging, execute high-impact PR initiatives, and support strategic launches. Operating in a fully remote environment, you will influence the positioning of innovative financial products while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in finance, PR, and storytelling with a proactive, creative mindset to elevate brand presence worldwide.
Accountabilities:
* Develop and execute integrated communications strategies to expand awareness and understanding of tokenized equities.
* Shape clear, compelling narratives that simplify complex financial concepts for global audiences.
* Position the brand and product as trusted voices through media relations, thought leadership, and industry events.
* Prepare communications materials, including press releases, pitches, talking points, and reactive statements for strategic announcements.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth, business development, and marketing teams to ensure messaging is aligned with roadmap milestones and partnerships.
* Monitor industry trends, competitive narratives, and regulatory developments to inform proactive communications planning.
* Support broader PR and communications initiatives as required, strengthening regional and global media presence.
Requirements:
* 4–7 years of experience in PR, communications, journalism, or related fields; experience in fintech, finance, or technology strongly preferred.
* Strong understanding of capital markets or financial infrastructure, with curiosity about crypto, tokenization, and emerging financial technologies.
* Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
* Highly proactive, ambitious, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
* Experience supporting executives, including preparing senior leaders for interviews and public communications.
* Creative, resourceful, and motivated to help scale a new product category.
* Interest in innovation and a belief in improving financial systems through technology.
