Job Overview
This senior finance position is responsible for leading enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will own financial planning, reporting, and compliance, while building the infrastructure that ensures sustainable growth and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and forecasts to support business objectives.
* Lead a team of financial professionals in providing timely and accurate financial information to executive leadership, the Board, and private equity sponsors.
* Ensure P&L and Balance Sheet accuracy; GAAP compliance; monthly/quarterly close discipline.
* Partner with Operations, Sales, and Service to align financial strategy with business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
* 10+ years of progressive finance leadership (FP&A, controllership, or corporate finance).
* Proven experience in a private equity-backed organization or in a high-growth startup environment.
* Demonstrated success improving EBITDA, cash flow, and reporting accuracy.
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
* Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI development.
