About The Role
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Brand and Customer Manager (BCM) in our Oncology Business Unit. Being part of the Marketing Team, you will report to the Franchise Marketing Manager and will be responsible to define and implement the marketing and promotional strategies and activities to support the growth of our Oncology portfolio. Furthermore, the BCM works together with Medical Affairs to provide critical customer insights and a coordinated approach to the implementation of promotional and non‑promotional field‑based activities.
Key responsibilities
Analyze local market trends and identify commercial opportunities; allocate resources and manage budgets.
Develop strategies for major accounts and track, monitor progress and adjust activities accordingly to deliver performance.
Understand and articulate the Customer Buying Process into a marketing plan.
Determine segmentation strategy based on input from all groups interacting with customers.
Provide forecasting and track local initiatives and utilization of local promotion budgets
