About the Role
Medbase Luzern Allmend, a modern, multidisciplinary Medical Center in the Allmend Sports Building in Lucerne, seeks a Motivated MPA (Medical Practice Assistant). The center works across internal medicine, sports medicine, orthopedics, physiotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine, and medical massage, and is Swiss Olympic certified in sports medicine. Part‑time employment is possible in all functions, with flexible working hours. Responsibilities
Reception and care of patients, including agenda planning and appointment coordination. Performing laboratory tests, ECGs, and X‑ray examinations. Assisting in minor surgical procedures. Managing patient records and electronic billing. Ensuring smooth office operations. Cooperating with the team on administrative tasks. Qualifications
Training as a Medical Practice Assistant (EFZ) or equivalent. Willingness to pursue additional training as a trainer and/or in radiology. Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of patient care. Empathy and flexibility. Team spirit and humor in challenging situations. Good German language skills (B2 level or higher).
