We are seeking to strengthen our Customer Care Center team at the locations Trimbach or Gland (Switzerland) with a:
Customer Care Specialist - Augenoptiker (w/m/d)
Your main responsibilities:
Receive and handle all phone calls, redirect calls to other departments
Customer advice and technical support
Process orders and complaints according to internal quality standards
Perform calculations for various special products
Manage different program administrations
Collaborate with the field service team
Prepare and record credit notes
Handle returns for optical analysis
Provide expertise (quality control of glasses, calculations)
Authorize electronic orders
Participate in internal and external events
Your profile:
Completed training in the optical field
Experience in a service center is advantageous
Excellent German skills in speaking and writing are required
French and English skills are advantageous
Service-oriented thinking and actions
Enjoy customer contact and communication
Confident and professional appearance
Solution-oriented working style
Ability to work independently and in a team
