The Opportunity
In this role, you will be enabling business continuity and providing operational support in managing and developing Top Accounts by maintaining databases, processes; providing necessary reporting and communicating with all the parties involved be it internal: Field Supervisors, Commercial, Demand Planning, Retail and Marketing or external: Clients, Agencies.
What you'll get to do
Ordering
* Ensure weekly orders processing and participate monthly meetings with the client
* Efficient execution of Stock Allocation authorized by Demand Planning. Rebalance inside the area between the customers if needed
* Submit Exceptional Management orders according to the procedure
* Manage the information flow between the client and the company on REPACK management (switch / order / buffer for shortage)
* Manage client product requests for FOC + Preseries: provide the accounts with samples & pre-series (via Customer Service directly sent from warehouse)
* Support KAM/SAM for Pricing Tool
* Following the format established by the client (Data Pool), prepare and submit all the necessary files for assortment management, novelty introduction, product information, repacks follow up, pricing implementation
* Support KAM/SAM with Clusters implementation to the client and fields
GWP
* Manage the tool for the area. Run alignment with KAMs, SAMs, MKT of the GWP tool strategy and scope for the client
* Manage the delegated GWP budget
* Submit GWP CPS Commitments for GWPs & Samples & Preseries
Analytics/Reporting/Data
* Basing on the established format provide weekly sell-in reporting, consolidating data for the area and finalizing monthly sell-in report
* Help the team to get the correct and properly formatted sell-out numbers from the clients and prepare monthly sell-out reporting template for team to submit comments, consolidate the data
* Support the team with data exporting from the systems for business reviews/new launches presentations/client meetings
* Track weekly Heisight forecasts evolution vs. actual orders
* Prepare Monthly Activity Plan
Novelties/Business Development
* Follow up for all launches, AD, OCD, Monthly and weekly Sell In Trackers, actual ordering by Key Airports, coordinate with client and internally.
* Client media requests: provide the accounts with Pack Shots and any other relevant material
* Support for Catalogs / Marketing Book / Training. Prepare the customers templates and participate in the events dedicated to the novelties launches
* Contribution/Participation to business reviews and client presentations
Temporary Animations
* Act as Main point of contact and coordination with all Field Supervisors based across Europe for everything related to Animation and Launch Plan
* Compiling an investments report in terms of promotional staff, rentals, decoration, GWP (gift with purchase), sampling, linked to Animation and Launch plan.
* Support the Key Account Managers analyzing monthly sales results and ROI of the marketing activities, animations/promotions and support in the next year plan definition.
* Follow up of invoicing and budget usage on temporary animations
Digital
* Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of PUIG brands across travel retailers’ websites
* Managing the upkeep of product descriptions and images on travel retailers websites
* Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other details related to PUIG brand image to ensure a positive and accurate user experience on travel retail websites
* Assisting with decisions about digital marketing promotions and online partnership with travel retailers
* Tracking brand evolution across travel retailers‘ websites (share of voice, sales, brilliant basics)
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience: in luxury and/or fragrance industry will be highly valued.
Education: Degree in Business Administration or similar.
Languages: Fluent in English, the knowledge of Spanish language will be considered as a plus.
