Your Mission
Your Mission:
As an Associate Calibration Engineer, youll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of measurement and test equipment. Youll ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, support continuous improvement, and help internalize calibration processes across multiple sites.
What You'll Do
* Perform calibration and verification of measurement and test equipment following established procedures and industry standards.
* Maintain accurate calibration records to ensure traceability and compliance.
* Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve equipment performance.
* Develop and refine calibration processes and methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.
* Lead internalization projects across sites and support method development.
* Manage calibration schedules to minimize downtime and ensure timely execution.
* Support internal and external audits with calibration data and documentation.
* Train calibration technicians and participate in ongoing learning initiatives.
What You Bring
* Bachelors degree in engineering, Physics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
* Basic understanding of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and quality systems e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Familiarity with calibration software/tools is a plus.
Bonus Points
* Experience in a regulated industry medical devices, pharma, aerospace.
* Certification in calibration or metrology e.g., ASQ Certified Calibration Technician.
