It is an individual contributor role without people management responsibility. /ppThe core elements of the scope of the job would be the following: /pliDevelop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. /liliIdentify, onboard, and develop new channel partners, including resellers, distributors and system integrators. /liliManage and nurture existing channel relationships, acting as the main point of contact and driving mutual success through effective collaboration. /liliCreate and implement marketing and sales initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance partner engagement and increase market penetration. /liliRegularly monitor and report on channel performance, delivering accurate sales forecasts, KPI tracking and insights on market trends. /liliConduct partner business reviews to evaluate performance, address concerns and explore opportunities for growth. /liliDeliver product training and support to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge to promote and sell solutions effectively. /liliNegotiate partner agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. /liliResolve channel conflicts by addressing competitive situations and working cross-functionally to provide win-win solutions. /liliStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies, bringing strategic insights back to the leadership team. /lipbCandidate profile: /b /pliWe are looking for a mid-senior professional, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar Channel Sales Manager. /liliThis role requires a technical background in a technology related discipline and a solid understanding of technology products and services, particularly in the field of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, connectivity, both hardware and software). /liliStrong know-how of the Swiss ICT market, with knowledge of local players, trends, and competitive landscape. /liliExceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with partners. /liliFluent German/Swiss-German skills are a must.
