* You lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and financial performance management.
* You deliver accurate month-end closing, management reporting and variance analysis.
* You provide actionable financial insights that influence commercial decisions.

* You evaluate business cases, investments, and strategic opportunities.
* You ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, internal controls and audit requirements.
* You oversee project accounting, revenue recognition (incl. IFRS 15) and WIP monitoring.

* You lead and develop the Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
This is you
* You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar; a professional qualification is a plus.
* You bring substantial experience in controlling, FP&A or commercial finance in an international environment.
* You are fluent in English and confident working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
* You have strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and IFRS reporting.
* You combine analytical strength with business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* You communicate clearly and can influence senior stakeholders with compelling financial insights.
* You work structured, hands-on and with high ownership, accuracy and compliance awareness.
* You enjoy leading teams and collaborating in a cross-functional, matrix-driven organisation.
