Job Summary:
This role involves defining and executing a global brand engagement strategy in collaboration with marketing and category teams.
* Develops experiences, engagement mechanics, and communication assets for market deployment.
* Manages external and internal partners to design, develop, and release global engagement toolboxes and implementation guidelines.
* Provides practical guidance on consumer engagement implementation and meaningful calendar integration and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evolving the global brand engagement strategy, creative concept, engagement thematic, and mechanics.
* Collaborating with Brand teams to make brand experiences and product launches successful.
* Supporting the development and deployment of engagement strategies within the multi-category landscape.
Required Qualifications:
* Experiential marketing background in culture-led brands.
* Proven track-record of delivering consumer engagement activations at a market level.
* Bachelor or higher degree in business, marketing, or strategy.
