We are looking for a dedicated steward to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the back-of-house area. You will work in accordance with HACCP guidelines, support the kitchen team with cleaning tasks in the kitchen, scullery, cold stores and storage rooms, and ensure that crockery, cutlery and porcelain are handled properly in accordance with the cleaning schedules.

Performing cleaning tasks in the dishwashing area, kitchen, cold storage rooms, and storage areas
Operating the dishwasher, properly sorting and storing dishes, cutlery, and porcelain
Performing tasks according to daily and monthly cleaning schedules
Your profile
Experience in stewarding / cleaning is an advantage
