You will act as the business and functional bridge between payment operations, technology teams and platforms specialists. Your responsibilities will include:* Translating SIC IP scheme rules & ISO 20022 message requirements into clear business and functional specifications;* Shaping end‑to‑end instant payment flows (channels, Finastra engine, liquidity, sanctions/fraud, posting);* Driving integration with Finastra components (Service Bureau, real-time screening, connectivity tooling);* Coordinating SIX testing (validation portals, onboarding windows) and internal SIT/UAT;* Supporting go‑live readiness: processes, controls, monitoring, cut‑over, and operational playbooks.## YOUR PROFILE* Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or IT, and 5+ years of experience as BA in payments, including experience with instant/real-time SIC phase 1;* Strong ISO 20022 knowledge (pacs/pain/camt), understanding of instant payment requirements (24/7 availability, irrevocability);* Rough knowledge of Finastra payments platforms (e.g. GPP, Total Messaging, Service Bureau);* Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.Capgemini Switzerland is an equal opportunity employer.
