DLG is also the publisher of Luxury Society, a trusted intelligence resource for luxury executives.WHAT YOU'LL DOReporting to the Strategy Director, the Strategy Project Manager will support the overall implementation of DLG's strategic consulting initiatives. This role serves as a critical operational backbone—coordinating across Agency functions, developing compelling proposals, managing project pipelines, and helping shape DLG's strategic consulting packages.RESPONSIBILITIESManage and maintain the consulting project pipeline, tracking opportunities from initial enquiry through to deliveryDevelop proposals and pitch materials in collaboration with the Strategy Director and internal expertsCoordinate inputs from cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Digital, Content) to build comprehensive, competitive proposalsSupport project execution to ensure strategic alignment, timely delivery, and tangible client impactManage DLG's Luxury Innovation Tracker, monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and best practices across the luxury sectorSynthesize insights to inform consulting services and support integration of AI-driven solutions into client strategiesSupport client relationships, ensuring responsive communication and preparing briefing materials for C-level engagementsContribute to annual sales targets by identifying new opportunities and supporting development of existing clientsWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally within an agency or consulting practice in a client-facing roleExperience working on digital transformation, CRM, e-commerce, social media and website developments (not-coding but overall knowledge and understanding of the process) Exposure to luxury goods, cosmetics & beauty, premium brands, or high-end consumer sectors is a plus but not a critical requirement Demonstrated experience in project management, strategic planning, or business developmentHOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?DLG welcomes you to discover the allure of joining one of Europe's top work environments, distinguished as a Great Place to Work in 2022.
