Your Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
* Gain and exploit any marketing activities for multiple channels such as direct, online and print
* Support the team with various administrative tasks
* Take and document meeting minutes
* Provide support in coordinating events
* Assist the Marketing Manager in coordinating the delegated duties and activities
* Draft and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms
* Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publishing from team members
* Help in the collection of marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, social posts, and presentations
* Maintain the marketing databases, mailing lists and CRM updates
* Support internal communication projects as designated by PR and Communications Coordinator and the Marketing Manager
* Communicate all necessary and agreed information set forth by AMAC Aerospace's executive management
* Keep the company webpage up to date and support the publication of the latest news with direction from the PR & Comms Coordinator/Marketing Manager
* Work with internal teams to gain information for project collection, reporting and preparing announcements for the media and company material
* Work with internal teams to promote a company newsletter
* Support the organization of exhibitions, fairs and events with the Marketing Manager
* Perform and support research and analysis for various projects as indicated by your line supervisor– Marketing Manager
The expertise you have & skills you bring
* Completed college equivalent education or studies in the field of marketing, media, PR communications OR
* 3+ years of experience in a generalist marketing assistant role
* You can communicate fluently in German and English (French is a plus) and you have a professional and pleasing appearance
* As a team player, you remain calm and flexible even in hectic periods and see these as positive challenges
* You are proficient in writing professional business texts in English and have a good command of PowerPoint, Excel, HUBSPOT or an equivalent CRM
