Key Account Manager - Retail Growth Specialist

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive retail growth and contribute to the expansion of our business in Switzerland. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing Swiss retail partnerships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring our products are prominently displayed both online and offline.

Key responsibilities include managing sales targets and profit margins for assigned retail accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and ensuring optimal product placement to maximize visibility. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to implement impactful marketing campaigns and oversee budgets and promotional activities to support go-to-market strategies.

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power BI) and has experience in B2C sales within the IT sector or a strong passion for technology. Fluency in German (native) and English is required, with French being an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and influence abilities are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

* Sales & Profitability: Manage sales targets and P&L for assigned retail accounts.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to support business goals.
* Product Visibility: Ensure optimal ASUS product placement both online and offline.
* Retail Execution: Regularly visit stores to check inventory, shelf space, and marketing execution.
* Marketing & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to implement impactful marketing campaigns.
* Budgets & Promotions: Plan and oversee budgets and promotional activities to support go-to-market strategies.
* Market Insights: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide insights that refine strategies.
* Retail Training: Provide product training and updates to ensure partners effectively sell our products.

Requirements:

* Preferred Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Swiss retailers, driving sell-out, and professional merchandise skills.
* Proven Sales & Account Management Experience: 1-2 years in key account management or sales within the IT or consumer electronics industry.
* B2C Sales & Tech Passion: Experience in B2C sales within the IT sector or a strong passion for technology.
* Relevant Education: Vocational education in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

* Relationship Building & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for connecting with stakeholders at all levels.
* Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent in German (native) and English; French is an advantage.
* Presentation & Public Speaking: Skilled in delivering impactful presentations to internal teams and partners.
* Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to adapt to market changes and develop strategic solutions.
* Negotiation & Influence: Strong skills in negotiating and influencing key decision-makers.
* Market & Sales Analysis: Ability to analyze trends and sales data to optimize retail strategies.
* Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Quick to adapt to new challenges and drive continuous improvement.
