The Nordwand Group is looking for a Business Analyst with Oracle knowledge, SQL and Power BI to work with the users so to understand the issues and what needs to change. You will be analyzing data streams/datasets feeding various systems and providing solutions that will improve operational efficiency and uncover growth opportunities.
For this position we need someone with around 5 years only of Business Analysis skills who is has a high attention to detail, can build relationships with stakeholders and is still loves data.
Responsibilities
* Analyze / develop / deploy dashboards to collect data-backed insights
* Evaluate potential areas of growth, optimization and improvement
* Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making
Skills / profile required
* Experience as a Business Analyst (5-10 years of BA skills only)
* Worked in Financial Services industry previously
* Able to work business relationships
