We are seeking two dynamicSales Leadsto strengthen our business development efforts and prescriber engagement across our radiology network. Ideal candidates are formerradiology techniciansorhealth careprofessionals with solid radiology / health careknowledge who are passionate about building partnerships, driving growth, and improving prescriber performance.
Key Responsibilities
 * Driveprescriber performanceacross radiology institutes, supporting doctors and referrers to optimize patient pathways and referral flows.
 * Leadbusiness development initiatives, identifying and establishingnew partnerships with referring physicians, clinics, and healthcare networks.
 * Activelyhunt new prescribersand develop tailored engagement strategies to increase referral volumes.
 * Collaborate with institute managers and medical teams to align commercial actions with operational priorities.
 * Monitor and analyze referraland sitesactivity, conversion rates, and performance KPIs.
 * Represent the brandand management interestswith professionalism and medical credibility in all field interactions.
 * Contribute to the continuous improvement ofcustomer relationship management (CRM)and / oroperational excellencetools and processes.
Your Profile
 * Background as aradiology technicianor experience in theradiology / healthcare sector(strong understanding of the imaging environment).
 * 3–5 years of experience insales, business development, or key account management, ideally in healthcare.
 * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
 * Results-driven, autonomous, and proactive, with strong negotiation and networking abilities.
 * Fluent inEnglishand the relevantlocal language(German for Zurich, French for Romandie).
 * Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
