To strengthen our teams, we are opening a position for:IT ArchitectMission of the position:The IT architect is responsible for the strategy, governance, and resilience of the bank's IT system according to the bank's standards. The IT architect maintains an architecture repository (assets, zones, flows) and ensures the quality and good practices of architecture according to the bank's strategy. The IT architect is active in the community of Finnova cantonal banks and actively exchanges with partners to ensure a good standard and community choices when relevant.Main tasks:Architecture Governance- Provide the best practices for the implementation of new systems.- Design the future technical architecture of the IT system (cloud technologies, AI, etc.).- Define interoperability principles and standards.- Ensure alignment with the standards and strategy of the Finnova community.Governance and Compliance- Guarantee alignment with FINMA requirements (resilience, ICT risk management, outsourcing).- Contribute to architecture committees and steering bodies.- Document structuring decisions and trade-offs.- Ensure the update (cybersecurity) and maintenance (lifecycle) of the multi-bank and ecosystem repository.- Participate in interbank working groups related to the X system (infrastructure, technology).- Share good practices and feedback within the community.- Contribute to the coherence of structuring choices at the scale of the bank.Risk Management and Partner Management- Ensure the control of risks related to outsourcing.- Conduct regular updates and architecture reviews in collaboration with security bodies.Excellence and Resilience- Integrate security, performance, and continuity requirements and coordinate them with IT axes.- Ensure the control of critical dependencies.- Support the continuous evolution capacity of the bank.Desired Profile:Education and Experience- Degree in systems architecture or enterprise architecture (TOGAF or equivalent).- Experience in technical and methodological architecture.- Architecture and integration (API, services, mapping of flows and dependencies).- Security of outsourced systems and architecture of cloud environments.Personal Skills- Ability to evolve in a complex and multi-actor environment.- Transversal leadership, negotiation, and sense of diplomacy.- Team spirit and synthesis capacity.Language Skills- French: Native language or equivalent.- English: Fluent spoken/written.- German: Good understanding spoken/written – ideally level B2 or higher.Application Deadline: May 29 jid2a937a8aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
