Overview
Interprofessionelles Weiterbildungszentrum (IWZ) provides over 250 professional training courses across western Switzerland and operates four labor market measures for job seekers and two companies for commercial practice. The IWZ is ISO 21001:2018 certified and focuses on quality, adaptability and professional support for adult learners. Location: Granges-Paccot, CH.
Responsibilities
* Define and implement the strategy and operational goals of the IWZ.
* Represent the IWZ to institutional, political and professional partners.
* Ensure budget management and sustain financial profitability.
* Lead and coordinate the management team.
* Drive the development of IT systems and the quality management system.
* Expand the offer portfolio and training mandates.
* Monitor trends in educational planning and teaching topics.
* Contribute to strategic considerations on cantonal further education policy and the orientation of the IWZ.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree, complemented by a DAS in Management or equivalent.
* Proven experience in team leadership and management.
* Strong knowledge of the Swiss education system, especially vocational and further education.
* Excellent French, German skills are an advantage.
* Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.
* Solution- and customer-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Resilience and openness to change.
* Strong interest in continuous improvement of internal processes.
