About the Role
As Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include: Sales and profit - Achieving store targets through driving sales and more.
Delivering customer service - Providing the finest level of customer service.
Managing store operations - Ensuring the store runs smoothly.
Maintaining commerciality - Keeping the store well merchandised and commercially correct.
Leading team leadership - Recruiting, training, managing, and developing your team to achieve results.
Providing ear piercing - Full training will be provided.

Qualifications - About You
Fluent in German
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of retail management experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension
Customer service orientation
Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically
Physical ability to stand during shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and operating POS systems
