Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for wealth banking solutions.
* Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process and product improvement.
* Develop and maintain business process models (BPMN) to illustrate current and future-state workflows.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical teams.
* Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
* Prepare and deliver clear documentation, presentations, and reports to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Assist in managing project activities from design to implementation, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
* Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Requirements
* Prior experience in the Wealth Banking domain is mandatory.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation.
* Proficiency in Business Process Modeling (BPMN) or similar techniques.
* Familiarity with project management fundamentals and methodologies.
* Understanding of Agile practices and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
* Technical proficiency with requirements management tools ; basic SQL or database skills for data analysis is a plus.
