Responsibilities
As Head Gardener Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating a team on garden creation projects.
- Planning and organising work on sites while respecting deadlines and quality standards.
- Actively participating in the execution of tasks: small masonry in concrete or natural stone, paving, planting, turf laying, etc.
- Ensuring the safety and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a horticulturist-landscaper, mason, or confirmed experience in the field.
- Proven experience in team management and garden creation.
- Excellent knowledge of landscaping techniques.
- A strong sense of organisation and responsibility.
- A valid driving licence (category B, ideally BE).
- Good ability to write daily reports.
