Job Description:
HR/Payroll Specialist vacancy requiring profound Swiss Labor law knowledge for a globally operating Baden based company in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
* Delivering payroll-related tasks in accordance with regulations and overseeing maintenance of payroll records
* Closing assigned Company Codes monthly and checking month-end reports
* Actioning the payroll run in selected months during the year
* Handling employee inquiries, internal stakeholders and authorities concerning payroll deductions and accruals, withholding tax and social security
* Processing international school payments and invoices while also administering Expats, under consideration of all aspects
* Supporting with annual processes such as bonus and salary review
Your experience/knowledge:
* 3+ years of experience in Swiss HR/ Payroll
* Thorough understanding of Swiss Payroll, Swiss tax, Swiss social security and Swiss labour law
* Hands-on competency with SAP HR, including OM
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
* Language skills: German and English – fluent in written and spoken
* Strong analytical, problem solving, control and customer servicing skills desired
* Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and effectively drive results
