PulliGericke North America is searching for a Project Engineer to work on site in Somerset-NJ. /liliLearn about Gericke equipment. /liliMust be able to travel. /liliOur ideal candidate is a highly motivated person with a strong work ethic. /liliThis is an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of powder handling solutions for our clients. /liliResponsibility for the correct execution of the Project and to ensure the successful outcome of the Contract. /liliVisiting the Client sites for detailed discussions, site measurement and coordination purposes. /liliExecution of the project drawings in 2D and 3D. /liliEvaluation of technical specifications and establishment of the bill of material. /liliLiaison with Gericke Factory, Group Suppliers and Sub-Contractors. /liliArranging and witnessing post contract product trials. /liliNegotiating with Suppliers and placing of sub-orders (including writing technical specifications) via the Purchasing Department. /liliProgressing delivery of all equipment to maintain programmed. /liliMaintaining the Contract Cost Control Log and ensuring that the overall budget and margins are met. /liliArranging inspection of equipment. /liliCoordinating deliveries and transport to site. /liliArranging the mechanical and electrical installation of the Plant and ensuring adequate site supervision. /liliArranging and participating in Plant erection and commissioning. /liliEnsuring that the Contract is operated in accordance with all legal requirements. /liliMaintaining the Contract File and Reporting System in accordance with the Company's Quality System. Especially tracking cost control and project time schedule. /liliProviding all documentation required by the Contract, Operating and Maintenance Manual and providing spare parts quotations. /liliPreparation of flow sheets for the sales and proposal engineers. /liliParticipation during commissioning and servicing of delivered equipment and systems. /liliOn occasion, the Engineering Manager may request other duties to be undertaken. /liliLearn about Gericke’s equipment. /liliThis is an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of bulk handling solutions for our clients. /liliProvide customers with excellent customer service either by assisting over the phone or at a customer's facility. /liliGood written and verbal communication skills. /li /ulh3Desired Skills and Experience /h3ulliAcademic degree in Engineering. /lili2 years of industrial process control experience preferred. /liliExperience in the field working to estimate, design and install industrial process control systems and instrumentation preferred. /liliDemonstrated knowledge in project, including effective planning and management of project schedules within times, resources and quality constraints. /liliGood working knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor preferred. /liliProvide regular updates on project status through accepted communication modes. /liliExperience and ability to lead teams to design and implement customized complex and/or standard engineering solutions, typically undertaking all aspects of a large project (i.e. /liliAbility to travel up to 40% of the time. /liliMust be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pbWork Authorization /b Gericke will only employ those who are already legally authorized to work in the United States. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
