Your responsibilities – precise, diverse, impactful:
* You actively contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and ensure transparent, reliable financial data.
* You prepare VAT returns and keep all tax-related topics under control.
* You are responsible for accounts payable — including payment transactions and timely payment runs.
* You ensure clean accounts receivable processes and handle dunning procedures professionally and solution-oriented.
* You manage lease agreements and handle invoicing for our residences using Opera Cloud.
* Start date: immediately or by arrangement.
Expected from 01.12.2025 - Indefinite / perpetual,
* You have a solid commercial education (or equivalent) and bring several years of experience in accounting.
* You communicate effortlessly in German and have good command of English.
