Group Program Management Office Manager - Full Time - Winterthur, Switzerland

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to take the next step in project governance and strategic execution.

In this role, you will support the Group Program Management Office (PMO) in the efficient planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization aligned with Sulzer's strategy.

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities

1. PMO Management: Support implementation & execution of PMO frameworks & processes.
2. Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic objectives. Support in defining and monitoring the organization’s initiative portfolio to ensure value delivery.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and fine-tune indicators to measure initiative performance. Deliver regular progress and health reports to respective stakeholders.
4. Resource Management: Support teams in resource allocation across initiatives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication among stakeholders.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree / MBA preferred but not required).
* 1-2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or related roles.
* Familiarity with PMO functions and principles.
* Understanding of financial management principles is desirable.
* Awareness of change management principles and practices.
* Strong communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills to foster collaboration.
* Ability to align initiatives with goals, analyze data, and make evidence-based decisions.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
