HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
* Oversee the technical control of projects, ensuring the design and industrialisation of products from launch to evaluation.
* Develop comprehensive workstream or project plans, ensuring all activities are identified, organized, and compliant with the organization’s project management framework.
* Manage the delivery of research, workshops, and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables.
* Plan and execute stakeholder engagement activities to foster effective working relationships and address stakeholder needs and concerns.
* Coordinate the identification, elicitation, and analysis of project requirements, ensuring alignment and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify, evaluate, and address project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating matters and implementing solutions as necessary.
* Prepare and present project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations for stakeholder evaluation and decision-making.
* Lead and coordinate a small project team, communicating necessary outcomes, coordinating actions, and identifying areas for team improvement through training, coaching, and mentoring.
* Review existing operations and generate new ideas for continuous improvement.
* Manage project resources, proactively controlling costs, providing forecasts, and presenting variances with narrative at review points.
* Assign short-term work schedules to team members to meet expectations within established timelines.
* Prepare complex documents using various applications and gather and summarize data for reports.
* Draft product documentation and user training materials to support handover to business operations and contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learned.
* Conduct assurance reviews within the project, facilitate third-party reviews, and resolve identified issues to ensure project delivery according to time, budget, and quality standards.
* Develop personal capabilities through assessment, development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching.
* Maintain professional accreditation and stay informed on relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education and specialist media.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
* Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
* Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
