Proclinical is seeking a HR Service Advisor to enhance customer service experiences and support HR operations. You will be the primary contact for service-related inquiries, ensuring efficient resolution and maintaining a high standard of user experience. Your role will involve using various HR and Payroll systems, contributing to HR projects, and advising on HR processes.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main contact for customer service inquiries and manage HR requests from start to finish.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, aiming to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
3. Provide support and advice for HR calendar events.
4. Utilize multiple HR and Payroll systems to address customer queries.
5. Share customer feedback with the Service Specialist and suggest improvements.
6. Monitor HR Services & Solutions metrics.
7. Initiate changes in Workday as per process requirements.
8. Offer proactive advice to HR Business Partners and line managers.
9. Contribute to local HR projects.
10. Maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
11. Promote and act as an expert on the HR case tool.
12. Ensure adherence to service level agreements, focusing on customer satisfaction.
13. Guide on a broad range of HR processes.
14. Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and perform additional duties as needed.
Key Skills and Requirements:
15. Relevant education in HR or a degree in Business Administration.
16. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
17. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
18. Proficiency in German and Business English.
19. Availability every morning or afternoon from Monday to Thursday.
