Manpower is supporting Philip Morris International (PMI), a global leader undergoing a major transformation, in recruiting a Manager Brand Retail Technical Development.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development and implementation of PMI's Brand Retail formats, ensuring innovative, high-quality, and brand-aligned retail experiences across markets.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and technical development of Brand Retail formats (boutiques, islands, pop‑ups, and temporary installations).
* Develop furniture and fixtures across all format variations, working internally and with external agencies or design consultants.
* Ensure consistency of brand expression, including adaptation for restricted markets.
* Deliver technical retail solutions aligned with project briefs, business needs, brand storytelling, and budget constraints.
* Support Visual Merchandising adaptations in close collaboration with Brand Retail teams, central stakeholders, market affiliates, and external partners.
* Assist deployment teams and suppliers during global roll‑out phases across Brand Retail formats.
Your Profile
* BA/BS or MA/MS in interior design, industrial design, architecture, or a relevant design field.
* 2 to 5 years of design experience (corporate or consultancy) with proven success cases.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of Revit, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools is a plus.
* Solid experience in design project management: on‑time, on‑quality, on‑strategy, and on‑budget.
* Understanding of retail environments across direct and indirect formats (from small corners to flagships).
* Ability to use data to support design decisions and continuous improvement.
Soft Skills
* Highly refined design sensitivity and exceptional attention to detail.
* Natural collaborator and problem solver.
* Comfortable navigating corporate complexity.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Strong presentation and influencing skills with both peers and senior stakeholders.
