Accountabilities
Collaborate with product managers to refine ideas and shape product features aligned with business goals
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear, structured documentation for development teams
Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to support product delivery
Facilitate pre‑grooming and grooming sessions to ensure readiness and clarity of backlog items
Ensure alignment and shared understanding of requirements across product, design, and engineering teams
Support development by clarifying requirements, answering questions, and resolving ambiguities
Monitor implementation progress to ensure delivered features meet initial requirements and business objectives
Requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and lead discussions
Proven experience in documenting requirements in a structured and comprehensive manner
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify dependencies, inconsistencies, and potential risks
Solid problem‑solving skills and the ability to propose effective, well‑reasoned solutions
Experience writing user stories, use cases, and both functional and non‑functional requirements
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and sprint planning
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
Understanding of product thinking and user‑centric design principles
