Accountabilities Design and enhance analytics dashboards that provide actionable insights to improve ecommerce performance and user engagement
Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns in user behavior and identify opportunities for optimization
Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to support real-time and scalable analytics solutions
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop data-driven features and iterate on prototypes
Translate complex data findings into clear, business-focused insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support product research initiatives by providing data analysis and contributing to experimentation processes
Develop reporting tools that enable cross-functional teams to monitor performance and make informed decisions
Requirements Strong proficiency in BI tools, including dashboard creation and data analysis for diverse audiences
Advanced skills in SQL and experience with Python for data analysis, including libraries such as pandas and visualization tools
Solid understanding of exploratory data analysis and statistical concepts
Experience working with big data technologies such as Spark, Hive, or Databricks
Ability to think critically about data and translate it into valuable insights for business decision-making
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively
Experience working with large-scale datasets and data-driven product environments
Familiarity with modern data stacks and tools such as ClickHouse, Cube.js, Docker, and Git is a plus
Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on user feedback
