We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to join our client, an internationally active company based in Baar, operating in an innovative and future-oriented field, as a Team Assistant.
This is a temporary position for a duration of 6 months.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist three departments at the HQ, including directors, with administrative and organizational tasks.
2. Organize internal and external meetings for directors or departments; manage agendas.
3. Track invoicing using SAP, handle correspondence, and expedite communication.
4. Arrange travel and hotel bookings, liaise with team assistants in other countries, and coordinate logistics for external visitors (e.g., Egencia).
5. Collect and compile documents for presentations; scan and archive according to guidelines.
6. Support reception activities on an ad hoc basis, including holiday coverage.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with SAP.
* Independent, precise, and structured work style.
* Team player, reliable, and resilient.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
