About us

Lonité is a leading Swiss company specializing in lab-grown diamond memorial jewelry. As a people-oriented business, Lonité operates in multiple global markets. We are seeking a dedicated full-time team member to join our operations in Switzerland. In this role, you will support our customers and internal teams, contributing directly to our daily success while working closely with our Global Headquarters.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and marketing strategies.
* Collaborate with our in-house design team and external freelancers to plan and produce video content for social media, YouTube, and our website.
* Coordinate with in-house colleagues and external freelancers/agencies for marketing, SEO/SEM, and related tasks.
* Coordinate internally across departments to support sales and operations activities.
* Serve as a customer service representative: answer phone calls, respond to emails, and meet clients in Switzerland when needed.
* Support daily logistics operations by receiving, packing, and dispatching packages.

Qualifications:

* Fluency in Swiss and Standard German (Hochdeutsch) is mandatory
* Strong English skills (spoken and written) required; French or Italian is a plus
* Completed high school education or equivalent technical/professional training
* 2–3 years of experience in customer service, office coordination, marketing, or administrative roles in a fast-paced environment
* Solid computer skills, particularly MS Office and Excel
* Discretion in handling sensitive information
* Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong collaboration and communication skills
* Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in video content creation, influencer marketing, or other marketing-related roles is preferred but not required.
* Knowledge of video editing software, multimedia content creation tools, and proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator are preferred but not required.
