To strengthen our HVAC after-sales service team at our Préverenges site, we are looking for a:
Heat Pump Project Manager After-Sales Service 100% (m/f)
Profile
Technical training in HVAC (heating and air conditioning), thermal engineering or equivalent
Completed Heat Pump System-Module certification (required)
Proven experience in managing heat pump projects and comfortable with the commercial (sales) aspect
Good knowledge of thermal, hydraulic installations and HVAC systems
Ability to work in a team and collaborate closely with other industry professionals.
Good command of IT and office tools.
Very good knowledge of the heating-ventilation sector and the economic fabric of French-speaking Switzerland.
Autonomy, team spirit, rigour and precision.
Initiative, organisational skills and ease in communication.
Driving licence.
Responsibilities
Manage renovation or new installation projects independently and supervise assembly teams.
Estimate bids, manage project execution and financial follow-up.
Prepare quotes for modifications, including technical calculations, drawings and sketches.
Retain and acquire new clients.
Meet quality, productivity and deadline requirements set by clients.
Be involved in the development of other company activities (electricity, automation, photovoltaics, public lighting).
