Leads key projects related to accounting and finance transformation.
Identify milestones and track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are achieved.
Influence strategy with the business and finance to deliver long term efficiencies.
Maintain high standard of documentation for the process related to projects.
Business partnering on various issues related to financial reporting and strategy.
Experience in managing the internal controls, interpreting the accounting policies & procedures.
Recruitment, training, and. development of team members.
Adopt and apply new tech initiatives to drive efficiently.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Should have qualifications into Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience.
Robust understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
Good understanding of Accounting Standards (IFRS).
Knowledge of hedge accounting is added advantage.
Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels.
Project management skills will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels both internally and externally.
Good problem solving; analytical skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives; focus on details.
Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
Knowledge of Power BI and other automation tools is an added advantage.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
