You highlight fresh, regional products through seasonal homemade menus inspired by gastronomic standards, blending tradition and modernity in a refined spirit. Your culinary approach combines gustatory pleasure, elegant presentation and skilful adaptation to the specific nutritional needs of a medico-social public, without compromising on indulgence. A true conductor, you manage production, optimise costs, structure operational organisation and guarantee impeccable hygiene standards. You develop signature culinary moments during private events, strengthening the gastronomic identity of the establishment.
Profile sought Holder of a recognised culinary qualification, you have a proven track record in luxury hospitality or gourmet catering. You possess an in-depth mastery of classical and contemporary culinary techniques. Your attention to detail, rigour and culinary creativity allow you to ensure consistency and elegance in every dish. A natural leader, you unite your team through exemplary conduct and kindness. Organised, reliable and creative, you combine professional rigour with strong human values, essential in an environment focused on the well-being and dignity of residents.
