You will lead and coach the Bistro and Swedish Food market team in optimising and developing the IKEA Retail Food business, considering the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people and planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints. /p ul liYou are a strong leader with a minimum of 3 years experience in leading diverse teams. /li liYou have a real passion for sales and what motivates you is meeting customers' needs. /li liYou have experience managing customers in a dynamic restaurant or retail environment. /li liYou are flexible and willing to work with your team during irregular hours to create a great IKEA culinary shopping experience. /li liYou are a strong communicator and speak and write in German and English fluently. /li /ul pIt is important that you are flexible in terms of working hours.
