Structures Technician Composite

Your tasks
* Perform composite work on cases, frames, and fairings according to regulations
* Conduct inspections on composite parts
* Assess damage on engine components
* Carry out composite modifications on parts and assemblies
* Support continuous improvement of repair procedures to increase productivity
* Ensure strict adherence to standard practices, safety, and quality regulations
* Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Your Profile
* 3–4 years technical apprenticeship (Polymer Technologist or Sheet Metal Worker)
* Proven experience in composite part repair
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy
* Strong team player with an open‑minded attitude
* Good English skills (required); German is an advantage
* Basic IT knowledge
* Willingness to work in a two‑shift system
